Based on the classic children`s book by Dorethea Warren Fox, MISS TWIGGLEY`S TREE is an animated flight of fancy. Miss Twiggley is an eccentric lady who arouses the suspicions of everyone in town. She lives in a tree and sends her dog to go shopping, and if anyone comes by to try and talk with her, she hides until they leave. But when a hurricane comes and floods the town, it appears that MISS TWIGGLEY`S TREE may be the only safe place in town. This children`s tale combines humor and fantasy with an importance lesson about community.
