Felicity Merriman makes it to the screen in this full-length movie about the sprightly nine-year-old girl. Marcia Gay Harden (BAD NEWS BEARS) stars as Felicity, and the story follows her as she comes across a beautiful horse who has been cruelly mistreated by her owner. Planning a rescue mission, Felicity learns a few life lessons, as her mission doesn`t quite go according to plan.
