This animated fantasy tale follows the adventures of a young boy named Lopaka and his best friend, a dolphin named Flipper. With Flipper`s help, Lopaka learns how to breathe beneath the sea, and the daring duo embark on a journey to Quetzo, a secret sunken world reigned over by Dexter, a diabolical Octopus. On their incredible quest, the two pals manage to get in a heap of trouble--nearly being mauled by sharks and killed by an erupting volcano--but also make some new friends and learn valuable life lessons.
